Shark Delay is a psychedelic tape echo with three echo heads, Tape and Analog character, and a hidden drawer of Chorus, Phaser and Flanger effects.
Use host sync to follow your session tempo, or tap in the timing. The three echo heads provide repeats at one third, two thirds and the full delay time.
Tape gives the repeats a brighter character, while Analog is darker. New, Worn and Old let you further shape the feedback character.
Use Drive and the filters to shape the echo tone, then adjust Wow and Flutter for movement. Start gently and increase the amounts as you listen in the mix.
It reveals independent Chorus, Phaser and Flanger amounts. These effects process the wet echoes after Spring. Closing the drawer does not switch the effects off.
Use Duck to pull the echoes back in response to the incoming signal, then adjust Mix to place them behind the original sound.
Yes. Mix and Wet Solo support track inserts and send returns, while Stereo and Ping Pong let you choose how the echoes move across the stereo field.
Yes. There are 60 factory starting points, and you can save your own. A/B/C lets you compare different settings while working.
