Three genuinely different attitudes
Clean stays neutral, Glue broadens the knee and recovery for connection, and Lush adds softer nonlinear density to the compressed path.
TOOLS THAT MOVE SOUND FORWARD.
MASTERING AND MIX-BUS COMPRESSOR
Pressure is built for the place where dynamics become musical: preserving the front edge, shaping the body and creating cohesion without flattening the life out of the record.

THE IDEA
Choose Clean, Glue or Lush, then balance Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release and detector Relax. Parallel Mix, sidechain filtering, Auto Gain and honest Gain Match make subtle mastering work and energetic bus compression equally immediate.
WHAT IT GIVES YOU
Clean stays neutral, Glue broadens the knee and recovery for connection, and Lush adds softer nonlinear density to the compressed path.
Relax blends transient-focused peak detection toward slower musical body, while the sidechain high-pass filter keeps low-frequency energy from driving every movement.
A/B/C, Auto Gain, Gain Match, ten-step Undo/Redo, user Save/Load, favorites, 60 factory presets and four saved themes make decisions fast and repeatable.

Clear answers about Pressure’s three characters, Relax detector, sidechain filtering, Gain Match and complete preset workflow.
Pressure is a stereo compressor for mastering, mix bus, drums, instruments and parallel work. Its moderate ratios, soft-knee behavior, detector Relax control and three character modes are designed to shape movement and cohesion without turning the workflow into hard limiting.
Clean uses the most neutral knee and recovery. Glue broadens the knee and slightly relaxes recovery for connected mix-bus movement. Lush uses the softest knee, a longer effective recovery and restrained nonlinear density on the wet path.
Relax changes how the detector listens. Lower settings emphasize fast peak movement; higher settings lean toward the slower body envelope. If cymbals, snare hits or consonants make the compressor feel nervous, raise Relax before changing the whole timing structure.
The 20-500 Hz sidechain high-pass filter removes low-frequency energy from the detector only. The bass remains in the audio path, but kick and low-end weight cause less gain reduction. This is especially useful for mastering, mix bus and drum-bus work.
Auto Gain adds restrained makeup during setup, capped at 3 dB. Gain Match is a comparison tool that compensates toward the current gain reduction so you can judge whether the compression itself improved the music rather than automatically preferring the louder result.
Pressure includes 60 factory presets: ten each in Mastering, Mix Bus, Transparent, Glue, Lush and Dynamic. It also includes favorites, per-row hide controls, previous/next navigation and user .pressurepreset Save/Load.
Yes. The menu provides 80%, 100%, 120% and 150% sizes. Clicking the Shark logo cycles Ruby Black, Rustic Teal, Rustic Blue and Deep Purple. The selected theme is saved with the session but intentionally excluded from audio Undo/Redo history.
No. Pressure is a controlled musical compressor with ratios from 1:1 to 4:1 and gain reduction constrained for bus and mastering behavior. Use a dedicated limiter later in the chain for final true-peak control and delivery ceiling.
